These Terms of Use apply to your access and use of the EasyQR website and services operated by Cintelis Pty Limited (ABN 51 638 482 970) (we, us, our). By using the site, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use EasyQR. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use EasyQR to generate or distribute QR codes or content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, or violates the rights of others. You must not attempt to disrupt the service, gain unauthorised access, or interfere with security or performance.

4. Intellectual property

EasyQR, its branding, software, designs, and content are owned by Cintelis Pty Limited or its licensors and are protected by Australian and international laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the service except as permitted by law.

5. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process your content to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use any content you submit.

6. Fees and subscriptions

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at checkout. All fees are in the currency shown and may be subject to taxes. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in accordance with the plan terms.

7. Third-party services

EasyQR may integrate with third-party services (such as analytics or payment providers). We are not responsible for those services and their terms apply.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyQR is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Nothing in these terms excludes guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our liability is limited to resupplying the service or the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
